   Student fee does not apply to doctoral students. Doctoral students must pay full fee. 


Cumulus member and non-Cumulus member registration includes:

- Opening cocktail
- Lunches 2 days
- Coffee breaks 3 days
- Gala dinner


Student registration includes:

- Lunches 2 days
- Coffee breaks 3 days

Students must submit a copy of a valid student ID or a student certificate from the school.
Please send a scanned copy to after you have completed your registration.

When registering in the beginning of the conference a valid student ID/ certificate must be presented at the registration desk.

Registration fee can be payed with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American express or by making a bank transfer. Please note that the bank transfer option does not mean an invoice. If you have any questions concerning the payment methods please contact us at



The registration fee does not include the workshops. Registration for these events will be separate.

Notice! You will receive an automatic confirmation email when the registration is successful!

The registration is not valid until we have received payment.



The registration is binding if not cancelled as according to the cancellation policy. A full refund is available for cancellations received before 15th April for those paying by credit card. Bank Transfer payments will incur a €30 cancellation fee. From April 16th no refunds are available.

Replacement of one person by another, from the same organisation, with the same status is permitted up to two weeks before the conference. Please contact if replacement needed.



If you are coming outside the Schengen area and need an invitation for visa you will need your passport number when registering for the conference.
To get a visa you need an invitation from Aveiro University as proof that you are participating in the conference. If you need a visa you will need to provide the following information, in the registration form, on the additional information field:

- Country
- Date of birth
- Passport number
